Fundraising Friday: TABITHA was a stray kitty with a mangled tail and broken leg who we rescued last year. When we placed her in a foster home, her tail had not been amputated. Our vet was hoping that it would heal by itself.
But despite the best efforts of her foster and multiple visits to the vet, the tail never healed. We recently brought her to our partner vet who decided to amputate rather than risk severe infection. Tabitha is now recovering at the clinic.
We would like to ask for your help in raising funds to cover the medical expenses that Tabitha continues to incur. We have a long list of rescues now and funds are really running low. Any amount you send for Tabitha will be greatly appreciated. As always, thank you very much!
Please help support those who needed the most… animals has also the right to live. Thank you -Portia
It’s been a month and 8 days since I bought home a stray kitten in my home as I was walking in the street.
Knowing I still got 7 cats to provide, I simply felt pity seeing a kitten just following 2 women towards me wanting for food or shelter. I carried her in my arms as I walked. she settled quietly and gave her formulated milk. NOTE: Never gave them fresh milk or cows milk. It can cause diarhea.
Today, the others are somehow well adjusted with a new member. Got one playmate for her and Named her “PonPon” (short for ampon - means adopted) 1st time I adopted a stray inspite of having 7 more.
I would rather starve myself and provide for them food, shelter and love. God help me…
